Thanks to the special Archeobus organized by the Grado Turismo Consortium in collaboration with Fondazione Aquileia, you can reach and visit with a tourist guide the main attractions of the ancient Roman city of Aquileia. You can admire the Roman Forum and the Decumano of Aratria Galla from Via Giulia Augusta and visit the Basilica and, every other week, the National Archaeological Museum or the Domus of Tito Macro, after a tasty break at the Mosaic pastry shop

Programme of general application:

• 17.45 - Departure by BUS GT
• 18.25 - 18.55 - meeting with the guide and guided tour of the Forum and the Decumano;
• 19.00 - 20.00 - guided tour of the Basilica;
• 20.10 - 20.50 - break at the Mosaic pastry shop;
• 21.00 - 21.50 - guided tour of the National Archaeological Museum or the Domus of Tito Macro *
• 22.00 - departure from the Aquileia Infopoint and return to Grado

*On 14 July, 4 and 25 August and 1 September the visit to the Basilica will be replaced by that to the Sepulchre, due to concomitant events.

Break at Mosaic, menu to choose from:

Mosaic Menu: 1/2 Wholemeal brioches with seasonal vegetables and mozzarella; crispy crust with local salami and onion jam; Eggplant Parmigiana revisited; Dolce Aquileia and scoop of "ancient Rome" ice cream; glass of local wine and flavored water; coffee.

Menu Apericena:1/2 whole wheat brioches with caciotta zucchini and speck; spelt with seasonal vegetables; Dolce Aquileia and "ancient Rome" ice cream ball; glass of local wine and flavored water.

Young menu: Sandwich with cold cuts or cheese, drink of your choice and homemade ice cream.

• Minimum 5 participants, maximum 30 people per exit
• Reservation required by the day before the excursion

• In case of light rain the excursion will take place equally
